Our client is a well respected and established Facilities Management company who are looking to hire a commercial plumber to service and maintain plumbing facilities for their clients in the South Yorkshire Area

As a commercial plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems at our client's clients.

Reading and interpreting blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

• Installing pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Repairing and replacing damaged or defective plumbing parts.
• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Collaborating with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
• Level 3 City & Guilds Plumbing ideally level 2.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Proven experience as a commercial plumber (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• In return our client will offer a salary of between £32000 and £35000 along with a generous extras package that includes a company van.
