    The Social Media manager is one of the most exciting and rewarding positions within the brand. We're looking for a Social Media guru who views social media holistically with the know-how of different channels, tools and platforms to recruit new consumers, build a community, bring visual excitement, grow our following and overall Brand engagement.     About the role:

    Responsibilities

    • Based on the Brand activity and under the Marketing Director's supervision, create, and propose innovative social media strategies and calendar that target global audiences across various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and are in line with brand values.
    • Spearheaded unique and meaningful social campaigns that not only help to drive engagement and reach but also effectively build an emotional connection to the audience through strong storytelling.
    • Edit as-needed video content supplied by the Studio team in line with our brand social tone of voice and industry trends, using in-app tools.
    • Be at the forefront of the latest market trends by monitoring online conversations, competitors, what's trending on social, in celebrity culture, society, in beauty and making strategic suggestions from this for the brand.
    • Work within a variety of social media management tools and content management systems for creating and publishing content across our platforms.
    • Develop frameworks and build reports to monitor post performance and social campaigns.

    The ideal Candidate:

    • Must have a strong creative eye for imagery, aesthetics and be able to build on what is working for the brand.
    • Strong experience in the US Market
    • Excellent written and communications skills
    • 2-3 years minimum experience as a social media manager (ideally within the beauty industry and/or a D2C start-up.)
    • Socially savvy and active on a minimum of 3 social media channels.
    • Experience in implementing and optimising social media strategy.
    • Digital design experience such as editing videos in-app, create animated gifs, etc.
    • Detail-oriented, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise several projects at once.
