    Job Title: Orthopaedics Theatre Practitioner
    Location: Cambridge
    Type: Permanent
    Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
    Salary: £38,000 per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing compassionate care to patients undergoing procedures
    • Delivering planned care within the perioperative stage
    • Assisting in the management and organisation of care within the Scrub/Recovery team
    • Operating across various clinical specialties as required
    • Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Assessing patient needs and evaluating care effectiveness

    Requirements:

    • HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions
    • Minimum 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience
    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    • Flexibility to work across different specialties on rotation
