    Job Overview:
    - Work as a band 5 staff nurse caring for babies and families.
    - Care for premature babies and those with medical conditions.
    - Join a Level 3 unit known for medical and neurological assessment.

    Our team has various cots for different care levels along with a Transitional Care Ward. We support professional development and welcome nurses transitioning into neonatal care.

    - An experienced NICU nurse?
    - A registered nurse seeking a challenge?
    - A new paediatric nurse ready for practical experience?

    Main Duties:
    - Provide patient care in a multidisciplinary team.
    - Supervise and guide other staff.
    - Mentor learners.

    Person Specification:
    Education/Training/Qualifications:
    - Essential criteria:
    - RGN/RN/RNC/RM qualification.
    - Desirable criteria:
    - Neonatal specialization.

    Work Experience:
    - Essential criteria:
    - Recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
    - Desirable criteria:
    - Neonatal setting experience.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    - Essential criteria:
    - Communication skills, CPD evidence, shift work ability, organizational skills, family-centered care.

    Personal Qualities:
    - Essential criteria:
    - Flexibility, compassion, diversity appreciation.
    - Desirable criteria:
    - Baby care experience.
