    Legal Secretary – Residential Property – a new opportunity has arisen to join a leading West End firm, working alongside one of their highly regarded Partners, who works on property value transactions up to £10 million.

    Prior experience is essential, as you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running, with a good understanding of various types of residential property and HNW transactions.

    The Role

    This flourishing office, situated in the heart of the West End, London, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary.

    You will work on the other side of top City firms and HNW West End practices, dealing with top-quality work for a highly impressive client base. They have one of the most interesting client bases for the sectors in which they operate.

    You will be working closely with the Residential Property Partner and 1 Associate on a day-to-day basis, whilst also assisting other areas when necessary. You will be working with high end properties, with values up to £10 million.

    The role will cover a wide range of duties including providing first class service, often as the first point of contact to the department's clients, as well as assisting in various other secretarial capacities.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years' relevant experience working in a residential property department
    • Strong understanding of residential property and HNW transactions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft packages
    • Excellent ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
