Job Purpose and Scope

The Deli and Catering staff are a key part of the Over Farm Market team; responsible for the deli, food production for the deli, cafe and onsite events, and providing excellent customer service.

The role involves delivering an excellent social experience to our customers, ensuring the produced items are top notch whilst working with the deli team leader to ensure the deli is kept in perfect order, clean and tidy.

Job Objectives

• Producing and presenting quality and delicious products
• Follow systems and processes in order to maintain quality standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Working within a small team to deliver high quality and volume catering
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene

Experience

• Training will be given onsite for production and systems
• Food hygiene awareness is advantageous but in house training will be given
• Working within a small team
• Customer facing role

This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the Farm Shop and the skills can also be transferred to supporting Event Catering onsite as needed.
