    Required):
    • A minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapy.
    • Active registration with NMC/HCPC with unrestricted practice rights.

    Overview:
    • Office-based, remote, or hybrid work options

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Conducting Assessments: Disability Assessors hold the responsibility of conducting in-depth assessments for individuals with disabilities or health conditions. They review medical reports, gather information directly from the individual, and may also consult with healthcare professionals involved in the individual's care.
    • Evaluating Functional Abilities: Assessors assess how an individual's disabilities or health conditions affect their ability to carry out various functional activities, such as walking, lifting, dressing, bathing, cooking, and other essential daily tasks.
    • Writing Assessment Reports: Following the assessment, Disability Assessors create comprehensive and precise assessment reports. These reports provide a detailed overview of the individual's medical history, functional limitations, and the impact of their disabilities on their daily life. This includes conducting an average of 3 assessments and producing 3 reports per day.
