About the role:

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work for a Global Expansion Markets (GEM) division, one of Reckitt's affiliates.

In this role, the individual will be working closely with the Quality Manager/Responsible Person to deliver the Global Expansion Markets programmes and initiatives, enabling the launch of key Reckitt's brands in whitespaces, spanning across a variety of regulatory classifications (e.g. medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, infant nutrition, VMS), building strong Quality culture to enable GEM to grow in a long-term, sustainable way


The role will be act as a Quality Specialist and support ongoing GDP compliance with the GEM Wholesale Distribution Authorisation.


Your responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with trusted external Partners to enable the GEM business to grow rapidly whilst ensuring visibility and maintenance of Quality compliance
  • Support the Responsible Person in ensuring GDP Compliance of the GEM Quality
  • Management System and ensuring compliance to the regulatory requirements, Marketing Authorisation, and the Wholesaler Distribution Authorisation
  • Be proactive to establish strong Quality foundations of the business and support crossfunctional teams in development of strong Quality pillars for longterm, sustainable growth
  • Ensure company identified selfinspection & audits are performed at required intervals, as well as support the Quality Manager with any inspections/ audits hosted in the local business unit
  • Partner with the Quality manager to deliver GDP training to all relevant employees & partners
  • Maintain QMS trackers and prepare metrics/ KPIs for Quality Management Review
  • Be responsible for training matrix & curricula management for new joiners & existing employees
  • Perform supplier and customer qualifications, including review of quality questionnaires, bone fide checks and management of TAs, as required
  • Manage & support Deviations, CAPAs, Complaints & Change Controls, Activation Records within the QMS, as well as partner with the business to ensure effectiveness of these processes
  • Keep accurate and uptodate GDP records as such the documents are legible, traceable, and retainable

The experience we're looking for:


  • Experience working in quality compliance in a Healthcare related industry
  • Practical experience in handling & distribution of medicinal products
  • Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices
  • Attention to detail & compliance with data integrity principles.

  • Experience in internal & external auditing with ISO, GDP is an advantage
