Role:
Temporary School Recruitment Coordinator (Enhanced DBS is advantageous)


Duration: - 6 months


Location:
East London


Hourly pay rate:
£16 - £18 per hour (30 mins/1 hour lunch flex)

Working hours: 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm - office based


Key requirements of the role:


  • First point of contact for all HR/recruitment enquiries.
  • Manage the School's Applicant Tracking System and respond to all internal recruitment dashboard enquiries.
  • Administer onboarding and new starter inductions.
  • Screen CVs, determine shortlists and arrange interviews.
  • Experience of recruitment and onboarding, with particular focus on safer recruitment processes.
  • Produce and issue interview schedules, in cooperation with the Heads of Department

About you:

You will have worked within a fast
- paced recruitment function preferably, but not essential, within a school/education related environment. You will have a strong work ethic and superb admin skills. You will be an effective communicator and work well in a team as well as independently. You will be able to work under pressure and have high attention to detail.


Skills and requirements:


  • Competent in juggling multiple priorities.
  • Capable of working within a fastpaced recruitment team
  • You will need to have an Enhanced DBS
  • Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
