Team Overview


The Desktop Support team are responsible for planning and directing the installation and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT resources.


This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing desktops, laptops, network hardware, software, and communication techniques.

This role will focus on the London, Dublin, Hong Kong and Tokyo office locations to ensure that their desktop support needs are met.

We are a supportive team of 4 and are looking for a passionate and organised Junior Desktop Support collogue to join us in London


Role Responsibilities

  • Providing daytoday handsonsupport for internal company users.
  • Documenting, tracking and monitoring user problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Support and administration, both onsite and remote configuration/troubleshooting, of Windows OS, including VMs, Terminal Servers, AD, DNS and Group Policies, printing operations, o365 services, etc...
  • Moves, adds and changes to users desks locations and services.

Required Skills:


  • 2+ years of working knowledge and hands on experience with supporting and administering Windows OS, Windows servers, AD, DNS, Soft Phone solutions, and o365 services.
  • Able to troubleshoot LAN, VPN, WiFi connectivity, hardware, software issues either onsite or remotely
  • Experience patching and updating Windows servers and Windows OS.
  • Be able to lift and move hardware over short distances (up to 25 pounds) (ex: Desktops, Monitors, Printers, etc...)
  • Strong Problem-Solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
