    Salary: £24,808 - £26,542 per annum (SCP 15-18)

    Contract: Fixed Term until 31/03/2025

    Work Group: Home Based Agile Worker

    Work pattern: 35 Hours per week Mon-Fri

    Lowther is one of Scotland's leading providers of affordable homes to rent and factoring services. We own and manage over 2,400 high quality homes at full and mid-market rents. We provide factoring services to around 30,000 homeowners across the central belt and the borders region. We also manage a portfolio of over 360 shops and radio base mast installations on behalf of the Group's Registered Social Landlords. We're there for our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week keeping homes and buildings safe, clean, and warm - and backcourts and communities looking great.

    About the role

    The role has a focus on delivering excellent customer service to our tenants and factored homeowners. Working across both our factoring and residential teams, providing comprehensive administrative support.

    Who are we looking for?

    The ideal candidate will have experience in letting or factoring, especially in mixed tenure communities, and have a sound awareness of the Code of Conduct for Property Factors and the Code of Practice for Letting Agents. A relevant qualification or willingness to work towards attaining one is essential.

    We're looking for people who are motivated, adaptable, a team player and driven to provide outstanding customer service. Excellent IT skills, a willingness to show initiative and go the extra mile for our customers.
