    We are looking for Technical Publications Author to join a busy and productive team.

    Covering a varied role of Authoring new and updating existing publictions in both ATA2200 and S1000d formats to support the Eaton Aerospace group.

    What youll do:
    Prepare technical publications data to customer contract and format.
    Write in a structured technical publications environment.
    Create technical publications compliant illustrations from CAD drawings and source data.
    Utilize proven experience with Framemaker software and other authoring tools.
    Prepare and revise Technical Publications related processes and procedures.
    Assist with new business and BID related activities (RFI, RFP, SOW, etc.).
    Prepare and amend Technical Publications (ACMM, AMM, CMM, SB, SIL & S1000D Data Modules).
    Maintain Initial Provisioning (IP) data to the required specifications.
    Create Illustrated Parts Lists (IPL) to support Technical Publications.

    Review Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for all Eaton Business Units; raise impact tasks when applicable to technical publications.


    Qualifications:
    HND / BTEC in an Engineering Discipline

    Skills:
    Knowledge of Microsoft- word, excel, powerpoint
    Knowledge of Eagle orPennant
    Knowledge Framemaker
    Knowledge of Adobe Suite
    Knowledge of CAD
