Description

New role available to work for a Global Freight Forwarder within their E-Solutions team, working with the Sales, Operations and Contract Logistics Teams to provide daily e-solutions services.

Key duties will include

  • Invoicing: reconcile invoices, issue invoices to customers
  • Create SOP's
  • Support with Onboarding new customers
  • Assist with creating customer rate cards
  • Issue carrier quotes
  • Creating outbound/inbound consignments
  • Customer Service: Following up missing parcels and claims, General customer enquiries
  • Internal reporting
  • Work within integrated shipping platform (setup new customers, carriers, rules, rate cards )
  • Beta testing where necessary
  • General admin
This position requires good planning & organizational skills to prioritize daily requests and attention to details. A good understanding of the E-Commerce Product offering is required.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
