E-commerce Administrator - Egham, United Kingdom - ASL Personnel
Description
New role available to work for a Global Freight Forwarder within their E-Solutions team, working with the Sales, Operations and Contract Logistics Teams to provide daily e-solutions services.
Key duties will include- Invoicing: reconcile invoices, issue invoices to customers
- Create SOP's
- Support with Onboarding new customers
- Assist with creating customer rate cards
- Issue carrier quotes
- Creating outbound/inbound consignments
- Customer Service: Following up missing parcels and claims, General customer enquiries
- Internal reporting
- Work within integrated shipping platform (setup new customers, carriers, rules, rate cards )
- Beta testing where necessary
- General admin
Excellent salary plus bonus and company benefits including Private Health Insurance.
Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
