    Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Stroke

    Permanent, 37hrs p/w

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapy position in the Stroke team at Western General Hospital. This post is permanent.

    This stroke team consists of B7, B6, B5 x 2 and a part time Band 3 OTA.

    The post holder will be required to provide clinical input across the stroke service, deputising for the Team Lead, offering leadership and service development to this continual developing service.

    Experience of working in Stroke is essential for this position.

    You should have excellent leadership and communication skills and experience providing staff supervision.

    There will be a commitment to weekend working in the Occupational Therapy team at WGH.

    Therapy services support staff development through appraisal process, supervision and CPD opportunities.
