We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Service Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, well-established automotive company that promotes growth from within.

The role will involve working with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Processing customers' requests, enquires and sales.
• Making sure that all work is carried out to the highest standard ensuring customer service is paramount.
• Assisting the Service Manager with day-to-day management and development of the business.
• Displaying exceptional customer service and understanding the customer's needs.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company standards.
• Ensuring a highest professional standard of quality service and customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Service / Aftersales Manager with particular experience skills in ("Service Advisor" OR "automotive service advisor" OR "bodyshop adviser" OR "service adviser" OR "service consultant" OR "service planner" OR "vehicle service advisor") AND (automotive OR dealership OR garage OR "auto-motive" OR "car").
