We are passionate about delivering the best People experience we can for our colleagues every day We are searching for an Interim Head of People Ops to lead our UK region over a 12 month fixed term contract period.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- HR professional with 10+ years of progressive People Experience & Cultural Development expertise
- At least 35+ years of HR leadership experience in the tech industry (ideally Cloud / MSP / Security services)
- Strong experience with HRIS e.g, HiBob, BambooHR, learning management systems, as well as good utilisation of HR data analytics / reporting tools
- Experience working with Talent Acquistion teams, overseeing rapid headcount growth, and delivering unique onboarding and exmployee lifecycle programmes
- Experience with Due Diligence processes, Mergers & Acquisitions, and postclose integration projects
- Deep understanding of UK employment law, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and compensation & benefits
- Proven track record of leading a People function as part of regional management team while collaboration with other regional People Leaders and senior leaders
- Talent Management project experience such as Talent Asessments, development paths, job architecture etc
- Learning & Development experience such as Training Needs Analysis, Leadership and graduate programs
- Employer branding initiatives via LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- HR System migration experience, TUPE / Legal Transfers, and payroll exposure
- Experience with Corporate Social Responsibility / ESG regional programe
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively about staff development and training
- Excellent communications skills combined with strong strategic thinking
