An established and successful Independent Agency is looking for an Experienced Lettings/Branch Manager to run their extremely busy office based in Maidstone.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years experience ideally in Lettings.

They currently have a portfolio of approximately 800 Properties (400 Fully Managed and 400 Let only).

This is busy office including, 1 Neg, 1 property Management, 2 accounts, Inspection Person, and admin assistant.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and build a portfolio of rental properties & properties for sale.
Build relationships with landlords and property investors.
Handle negotiations and queries from clients & prospective tenants and purchasers.
Manage the staff and ensure an effective operation

Skills Required

My client is looking for a highly motivated and inspirational and enthusiastic Sales/Lettings Manager.
You must have good experience of winning business in a competitive environment.
You must be presentable and well spoken and a great team player.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Multi tasking ability is essential.
You will need to have good communication skills and an interest in social media.
Evidence of excellent management skills and team leadership is requires.
