    £40,000 to £50,000Are you an experienced Application Support Engineer? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join an expanding support team within the FMCG space.

    The RoleAs a Application Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimisation of a diverse technology landscape.

    Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks to maintain and enhance the performance of their systems and applications.

    Regularly monitor system operations for software integrity and user accessibility.
    Conduct security and performance surveillance, promptly addressing alerts to detect and manage potential issues.
    Contribute to incident resolution, conducting root cause analyses for swift, minimal-impact solutions.
    Transparently communicate risks and operational issues, accurately assessing business impact.
    Ensure prompt response to support requests, maintaining high service standards for customer satisfaction.


    The Ideal Candidate:


    As an Application Support Engineer, you'll succeed within a collaborative and dynamic environment, with legacy ERP experience specifically with System 21.

    Driving efficient workflows within an FMCG setting, leveraging strong security posture and rapid response solutions.

    Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

    in deploying or assisting with systems related to warehouse management, inventory control, EDI, and supply in server operations, encompassing basic knowledge of SQL databases for data analysis through SQL queries.
