- Working in conjunction with the Factory Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the Training Matrix is maintained as a working live document.
- The successful candidates will be fully trained on all Standard Operating Procedures for their relevant area and will in turn train our production team as necessary.
- Responsibility for ensuring that employee training documents are signed as training is completed.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all departmental transferals or operative position changes are recorded in a timely manner and all relevant paperwork updated.
- Work with the team to ensure that all Work Instructions are prepared and trained out to all relevant employees.
- Work with the team to ensure that all 5S standards and rules are up to date and all employees are trained as necessary.
- Ensure renewal training is carried out to all operatives in a timely manner.
- Audit SOPs/operatives on a regular basis.
- Highlight and advise training gaps as they occur.
- Support new starters to the area as and when requested.
- Highlight E Learning gaps and timetable to complete.
- Provide Training on Food Safety Culture.
- Audit Food Safety Culture.

You should have a strong track record in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing organisation.
You are excellent at both written and verbal communication and can use your skills to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
You are highly IT-literate.
