VACANCY - QUALITY COORDINATOR (We are currently seeking to hire 2 people)
THESE ARE BOTH FULL TIME, PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES
LOCATION - Initially based in Ashton Under Lyne but the company are moving to new, larger premises in Autumn 2023 (TO STOCKPORT).
SALARY Starting Salary approx £ This may be _

depending on level of skills and experience.
HOURS - EXCELLENT working hours. 37 hours spread over 4 days Monday to Thursday.
OVERVIEW
Large, very well established Global Engineering Manufacturer with a first class reputation in their industry to high end, quality products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Audit internal and external where required. Must have experience of ISO9001, 14001, 4500
- Oversee data analysis, data trending, project and test coordination, and product and material specification management
- Incoming inspection to purchased components aligned with both drawing and specification
- Assist in inspection support, line side and also in QA lab
- Complete document revisions
- Initiate / complete quality systems
- Raise and followup CA&PA actions to completion
- Participate in method / equipment validations and method product activities
- Support nonlaboratory QC functions
- Oversee data analysis
- Monitor data trending
- Oversee project and testing coordination product and material specification management inspection support
- Validate method / equipment and method projects activities
- Customer returns, inspection and fault finding

Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Technical or QA Certification to NVQ Level
- 2 years experience in Technical or QA Role
Preferred Skills:
- 2 yrs + Experience in QA/Technical, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
- Technical or QA Certification to NVQ standard preferred
- Must have working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO4500
- Focused approach to customers both internal & external
- Attention to detail. All records and applicable test criteria are kept up to date
- Technical Inspection criteria is fully met and recorded
- Health and Safety requirements are fully met and recorded
- Quality Principles
- Computer literacy background
- SAP & MS Office (Minimum)
- Continuous Improvement philosophy and culture
- Ability to communicate and deal with people through all levels of the company
- Proactive and motivated "selfstarter" with a flexible approach
- Good problemsolving skills
IDEAL START DATE WILL BE 1st July, possibly earlier, depending on your notice period.
