    Commissioning Engineer / Manager
    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commissioning Engineer/Manager for one of M&E Clients .

    This role will involve managing and delivering commissioned MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems across multiple residential schemes, with a focus on mid to very high-end developments.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure the successful setup, review, and handover of all systems throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Set up, review, and oversee the handover of all MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
    • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of MEP systems to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams to ensure efficient installation and operation of MEP systems.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of commissioning activities and results.
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

    • Proven experience in commissioning MEP systems across residential projects, with a focus on mid to very high-end developments.
    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building regulations.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
    Competitive salary within the range of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
