Due to our vision of growth, we are recruiting an experiened Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Further Education Team here at Morgan Hunt.

The role will involve working on site at Newcastle College 2-3 days a week with the opportunity to also workfrom home.

Salary between £21,000-£25,000 (Plus Bonus)

An experienced Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant is ideal, but we can look at people who are driven, determined and excited by the challenge it may bring.
Those with Retail/ Customer service experience, Administrators or recent Graduates will also be considered.
Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field
Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone
Background in sales would be an advantage.
A great team player, willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines

Key role responsibilities

Targeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources
Monitoring job boards
Generating referrals
