Role responsibilities


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Project Lead to deliver and support on Customer and Culture related change projects and programmes.

This is a role that will work closely with internal TfW Stakeholders ensuring all governance and reporting requirements are met, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide advice based upon experience.


_Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:_

  • Supporting the Head of Change to deliver a range of customer focused projects implementing project plans, scheduling of all tasks, key milestones and resource management using an agreed framework to ensure these are completed to time, cost and quality
  • Providing a professional and effective change and project management service, including reporting, working groups, in accordance with the required processes and timelines to ensure projects are aligned to agreed to TfW Strategic Objectives and delivered to cost and quality

_Essential requirements to be considered for this role:_

  • Experience of project delivery
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to produce high quality reports
  • Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders

Welsh Language Skills


Transport for Wales Rail Limited supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills.
