Salary:
£130-150k base



Location:
Luton (2-3 days/week)

Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with a successful and fast-growing facilities management organisation in their search for a Group Commercial Finance Director.

Reporting to the Group CFO this is a newly created opportunity to build out and lead the commercial finance function. This is a key role which sits on the Finance SLT with good visibility and exposure to the C-suite.

Their HQ office is in Luton and will require you to travel to this office 2 days a week along with the rest of the management team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Building a new team of commercial business partners that will support the seven business units.

Overseeing management reporting activities, challenging the status quo and coordinating all reporting to the Group FP&A function.

Influencing key stakeholders using commercial data, insights and trends for the delivery of the commercial P&L.

Supporting the continual improvement of the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Candidate Profile:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA) within a multi-site environment.

Outstanding leadership skills with a strong commercial acumen.

Strong understanding of how a multi-site corporate ticks and how to drive performance and planning cycles.

Evidence of implementing demonstrable process improvements.
