    This role is with a well-renowned Broadcast & Media Service Provider who are searching for a Systems Engineer in Infrastructure.

    In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and maintaining physical, virtual, and cloud-based compute, storage, and network infrastructure for their esteemed clients.

    Your efforts will ensure the seamless delivery of broadcast, streaming, and on-demand services while adhering to industry best practices for security, resilience, and availability.

    Designing and implementing cutting-edge Platform and Infrastructure solutions, showcasing your expertise in Linux, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

    Providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support, conducting corrective and preventative maintenance activities, and collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

    Championing automated deployment mechanisms like Terraform and integrating ITIL best practices into daily operations.
    Developing and managing infrastructure and workflow monitoring tools to enhance system performance and reliability.
    Estimating tasks and efforts for project management, along with ensuring infrastructure design aligns with industry best practices.
    Extensive experience in network and system administration, with a knack for troubleshooting complex systems.
    Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion.
    Proficiency in deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and UNIX administration.
    Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure administration (Azure/AWS/Oracle) and server security fundamentals.
    Familiarity with large-scale production networks, virtualization clusters, and network infrastructure configuration.
    Knowledge of ITIL or Service Management principles and experience in supporting on-demand, streaming, or broadcast services are advantageous.
