• Develop and implement the Health and Safety strategy across the sites
• You will be a handson leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the longterm goals will be
• You will drive cultural change, bringing HSE to the forefront
• Coaching, managing and developing various senior stakeholders will be essential
• Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Development of safety team

• Must have experience of working within highrisk manufacturing or engineering environments
• NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ equivalent
• CMIOSH would be desirable
• Knowledge of LOLER and COSHH
• Knowledge of management systems of ISO 14001, 45001
• Proven leadership skills the ability to engage at all levels is vital
• Personality, influencing skills and engagement are crucial
