We are actively seeking a Customer Engineer - Thermal (HVAC/Aircon) to join our dynamic team in Bedford, Great Britain

The HVAC/Aircon Customer Engineer is responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertivs Thermal Management products as well as other contracted systems.

He/She is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, sales managers, distributors and others within the field; Perform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policy.

Close tasks in Oracle Mobile Field Service (MFS) daily and weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
Use email and other Office based programs to maintain/enhance communications processes.
Keep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
Take an active role in the call out rota.
Clean valid driving license.
Excellent computer skills.
NVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
