    Are you an experinced Architectural Technologist who is looking to join a close-knit and sociable practice who are committed to creating sustainable architecture?Our client is an award-winning practice that is passionate about the environment which is reflected in the variety of projects they carry out.

    As a practice, they have formed a supportive and sociable environment that values its employees.

    They are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Norwich as an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 3 years experience post qualification in addition to excellent specifications and CAD skills.

    Working hours: As an Architectural Technologist, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required as and when a project demandsThis position is office based
    • NorwichThe successful Architectural Technologist will be offered:Competitive basicA vibrant, close knit and supportive teamPensionMileageProgression opportunitiesTrainingThe opportunity to participate in a range of regular social events / co curricular activitiesEssential requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in practice/post qualificationGood communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently, as well as, part of a wider teamStrong working knowledge of current UK Building RegulationsHighly proficient technical detailing ability across new and existing buildingsExcellent specification & CAD skills (2D and 3D).
    Experience in submitting planning applications including creating Design and Access statements and planning drawing packages.
    Able to conduct measured and photographic surveys of existing buildings and draw up results.

    Desirable requirements: MCIAT qualification or working towards it.
    Experience working with existing buildingsKnowledge of PAS 2035 and 2038 standards.
    Experience in ArchiCAD (2D and 3D)Experience across all RIBA workstages.
