Experienced teacher or ECT professional required for Nursery class teacher position from 1st September 2024

Gee Cross Holy Trinity Church of England Primary is a caring school that puts the needs of the children at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a creative and inspirational teacher who will share this passion and will work as part of a team towards achieving the highest possible standards for all our pupils. We would like to appoint an outstanding teacher who is enthusiastic and forward-thinking to join our team from September 2024. A professional teacher, who has a thorough knowledge and experience of the Early Years Framework and nursery expectations and would be willing to teach in a high quality, creative and stimulating way to inspire all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

•Will be committed to implementing the school's aims, Christian vision and ethos and be prepared to be actively involved as part of the wider school community

•Be dedicated to providing the best possible learning experiences for our children

•Will be able to provide evidence of teaching qualities judged consistently good or better

•Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour

•Has a thorough knowledge of the teaching of phonics

•Will be able to work effectively in a supportive and forward thinking team

•Will build on the strengths of the school and plan and deliver exciting learning experiences for all pupils

•Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Early Years framework requirements

•Has experience in leading a curriculum area (subject to experience, not applicable for ECT)
