Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Ganger. In this role, you will be responsible for not only a supervisory role on construction projects and ensuring that they are completed efficiently and according to high standards but to provide hands-on day to day experience.

Your tasks may include coordinating and overseeing the work of TCH subcontractors and providing invaluable knowledge and expertise, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.

This role is located predominantly in East Yorkshire and other Yorkshire areas.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and effective communication
• Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in conducting site inspections and enforcing safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, CPCS, SSTS (an advantage), CIS registered)

Note: Additional qualifications and experience in the construction industry, such as knowledge of building codes, project management skills, and experience in working on large-scale projects, will be beneficial.

Pay negotiable on proven ability.
