    We seek a dynamic Head of Therapeutic Services to lead our Counsellors and Service Delivery team in an exciting period of growth.

    Woman's Trust has been a leading advocate and provider of mental health support to women affected by domestic abuse in safe, women-only spaces, for almost 30 years. We enable women to rebuild their lives, by providing counselling and therapy, to address the psychological harm and long-lasting impact of domestic abuse on women's mental health and wellbeing.

    About the role
    Reporting to the CEO and working with the senior leadership team and Board you'll exercise Person-Centred clinical responsibility for WT and ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard and in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. Leading on our existing projects and the development of new opportunities for the enhancement and expansion of counselling services, you'll utilise your project management skills to ensure that WT is delivering against its targets. You'll also act as the safeguarding lead for WT.
