- Creating & maintaining the technical package (Standard Operating processes) which clearly defines the manufacturing process along with quality inspection criteria.
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing methods where appropriate.
- Developing continuous improvement projects which deliver improvements to safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time performance.
- Technical problem-solving ability to regularly improve manufacturing processes.
- Managing work using best practice program management techniques.
- BSc/BEng/HND/HNC in Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
- Background in Manufacturing or Production Engineering (min 3 years).
- Practical knowledge and experience of developing SOP's and quality inspection criteria.
