    Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outfit Steel Manager/Supervisor with a strong background in both manufacturing and installation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication, assembly, and installation of steel components for various projects. They will lead a team of professionals to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications and timelines. The Outfit Steel Manager/Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating with different departments, managing resources effectively, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the entire process.

    Project Planning and Coordination

    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans for steel outfitting projects.
    • Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of fabricators, assemblers, welders, and installers.
    • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor progress to ensure productivity and efficiency.

    Manufacturing Oversight

    • Supervise the fabrication and assembly of steel components in the manufacturing facility.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
    • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

    Installation Management

    • Coordinate the logistics of steel component delivery and installation at project sites.
    • Oversee installation crews to ensure proper assembly and adherence to project specifications.
    • Address any issues or challenges that arise during installation, troubleshooting solutions promptly.

    Resource Management

    • Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to meet project requirements.
    • Procure necessary materials and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.

    Quality Assurance

    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of fabricated steel components and installed structures.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality deficiencies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Documentation and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including manufacturing schedules, installation logs, and quality control reports.
    • Generate regular reports for project managers and stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
