Brief Description of Role
Bulk Tainer Logistics is a privately owned, fast-growing intermodal tank-container logistics company with its headquarters in Stokesley.

Ideally, although not essentially, we are looking for people from the transport sector who understand its fast pace and demands.
We have a specific vacancy for Training Officer to be based in Stokesley Head Office to assist in delivering the Company's training strategy.
Ensure matrices and personnel folders are kept up to date and ensuring that each individual's training plan is identified, maintained and progressed.
Works closely with all departments to ensure training packages are developed, completed and rolled out. Help to develop & maintain BTL ERP system manual.Key Activities & Responsibilities
Health and Safety - approx. 5% time**Responsible for one's own, co-workers and stakeholder's Health and Safety
Training Delivery - approx. 35 % time**Deliver the Company Induction to all new employees ensuring staff are welcomed and given all the required information. Deliver technical & skills training courses to staff. Support the Regional Offices in the delivery of inductions and technical training.
Maintain Training Plans - approx. 30% time**Ensure each employee has an individual training plan - highlighting needs, gaps and work with the Training Manager to fill the gaps
Support the New Starter programme - approx. 10% time**Support new starters to BTG so they develop and grow within the business. Check on progress and report back to the Training Manager of programme.
Training Design & Development - approx. 20% time**Support the Training Manager to continually develop and improve existing and new training courses.
