Job Description

Your key responsibilities will surround assisting the wider legal function on all commercial matters including:

• Providing effective support across the international business, with a broad focus on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts & transactional matters.
• Assisting upon regulatory & compliance needs including carrying out research of new legislation
• Preparing training for the wider business regarding legal matters
• Preparing legal reports for the board and internal committees where required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified lawyer with 1 - 3 years' experience as a broad commercial lawyer. Ideally the candidate will have experience within the financial services or insurance sectors and will be searching for a hybrid role in London.
