In line with our exciting growth within Aseptic Services, Quantum Pharmaceutical has recently expanded our dedicated aseptic manufacturing capacity.

We are currently looking for a motivated
Aseptic Training Officer to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, where we manufacture life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs.

As an Aseptic Training Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing training programs, including implementing, evaluating, and supporting others in the delivery of effective training to company personnel.
  • Maintaining quality training programs in compliance with current international, regulatory, and ISO requirements.
  • Working proactively within the company. Actively looking at continuous improvement and interacting with a wide range of employees.
  • Maintaining up to date training records and ensuring training documentation is reviewed routinely and updated as necessary.

Role requirements:


  • Experience of operating in a similar role.
  • NVQ Assessor or similar qualifications.
  • Up to 3 years GMP experience.
  • Significant experience working within the Aseptic Compounding Industry.
  • Experience designing, writing, and delivering programs.
  • Strong, up to date knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous.
  • High computer literacy; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software.
