    The role of Night Care and Support Assistant will include:
  • Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night and checking on all buildings and residents
  • Expertly supporting customers with personal care, such as washing, dressing, bathing and hygiene
  • Administering medication
  • Responding to calls should a resident need support in an emergency
  • Conducting bed calls and morning calls to a high standard
  • Working to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
  • Skills and experiences:

  • Personalised approach, ideally with experience within a similar, care related role
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong "can-do" attitude
  • Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities whilst working to deadlines and targets
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards is desirable
  • Strong, clear verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
