- Responsible for commercial aspects, project planning, attending client meetings, and appointment and management of subcontractors.
- Manage the overall team of site supervision and installation teams.
- Conduct monthly report meetings with a visiting Operations Manager to discuss contract variations, project progress, and commercial viability.

Mech Electrics Limited is a leading recruitment company specialising in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) within the built environment.We are working for a client whom we have partnered with for over 15 years, looking to help recruit a full time Mechanical Project Manager.
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager, who has worked in the built environment, for a full-time position based in Leeds City Centre.
The Mechanical Project Manager needs to have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, or be a Senior Mechanical Engineer, who has to date managed significant mechanical packages and can demonstrate a clear track record of day to day management in this position.
Experience of working on commercial, apartment new build, mixed use developments, healthcare etc are all an ideal background, even better if you have district heating network type experience to date.
Experience in the built environment, preferably from a Tier 1 or 2 MEP contractor.Mechanical bias is essential, ideally with at least an HND qualification.
Competitive salary ranging from £64,500 to £71,500 per annum.
