Description
Daily processing of Invoices through Sage 50 cloud Accounts.

Collating payroll information for processing by external accountants.

Keeping track of holiday entitlements/absenteeism/sickness records

Process and paying of Subcontractor Invoices through our subcontractor system.

Monthly CIS Returns

Maintaining CIS compliance

Bank Reconciliations

Weekly/Monthly bank payments.

Assisting in the daily administration of running a busy office.

Must display good communication skills and able to work accurately under pressure.

Must have a good working knowledge of Sage Accounts and Excel.

Previous experience of working in accounts and dealing with suppliers within the construction industry would be an advantage.

This is a full time position
