We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in an FCA regulated environment.

The purpose of the role is to connect customers with their assets - safely, securely and responsibly. You'll be a great fit if you're client focused, adaptive and a team-player.
Duties;

  • Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives
  • Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures
  • Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures
  • Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams
  • Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Customerfocused and have a desire to resolve queries
  • Natural problem solver
  • Have a great attention to detail
  • Confident working within heavily regulated environments
  • Have worked within a financial services environment
