Description
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all job postings and CVs

  • Support the new employee process via HR Company Inductions and HRIS Onboarding in collaboration with wider HR Team
  • Maintain regular contact with external stakeholders, recruitment agencies, Indeed, LinkedIn, local universities and apprenticeship providers
  • Creating contract templates and offer of employments for approval
  • Updating HRIS and employee information in relation to Recruitment processes and issuing role change documentation
  • Maintain records of both recruitment and training records, ensuring accurate reports for the Talent & Reward Manager and HR & Talent Director
  • Booking and coordinating external training with providers
  • Administrative support to support talent acquisition and training process
  • Support training preparation and recordkeeping
  • Carrying out HR Company Induction as required
  • Support future system implementation as required
  • All other duties as required to support the overall HR & Talent Strategy
  • A Level 5, or equivalent, qualification in a Business or HR discipline
  • A degree, or equivalent level qualification, in Business and/or Human Resources is desirable
  • CIPD Associate Membership is desirable
  • Experience and competence in MS packages is essential
  • Experience supporting new employee onboarding processes
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Experience recruiting via arrange of channels is desirable
  • Experience with HRIS is advantageous
