Description

1. Responsible for the implementation of human resources work in the organization;
2. Collect, initiate and follow up the organization's human resources requirements;
3. Found and analyzed the problems in HR work, provided suggestions and solutions, and ensured the healthy operation of HR work;
4. Promote the innovative practice of the new mode of human resources operation, and promote and enhance the vitality of the organization;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, labor economics or related.

Fluent in English and Chinese, can be used as working language.

At least 5 years HR management experience in large enterprises, HR management experience in logistics industry is preferred.

Knowledge and skills:

1. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in west europe.
2. Familiar with the principle and practical operation of all major modules of modern human resource management; Ability to plan human resource management system and process.
3. with the overall concept, strong organization and coordination ability, good communication skills and affinity, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with a good sense of teamwork.
