    Job Summary

    Electrical and Instrumentation Technician
    Location: Lostock Works, Works Lane Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 7ZR
    Hours of work: 36 hours per week, working 7.2 hours a day, Monday to Friday 8am – 3:30pm
    Salary: Up to £41,500 (SA91, Grade 8) per annum, dependant on experience

    Working at our busy Winnofil Production Plant, you'll be working within the Maintenance Team to maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment. The more common activities include, but are not limited to:
    ● Plan and execute electrical and instrumentation maintenance (including inspection, auditing, breakdown repair and preventative maintenance).

    ● Working alongside the Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

    ● Manage instrumentation stock/ spares.

    ● Working alongside the Control and Electrical Design Engineer to maintain and update plant drawings.

    ● Making sure we are compliant with legislation.

    What we are looking for:

    This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to have previous instrumentation work experience. You'll also need to:

    ● Have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical work, as well as a qualification in Instrumentation.

    ● Have experience of working within an industrial environment.

    ● Possess health, safety and environmental knowledge.

    ● Have good numeracy/ literacy and IT competence.
