    Job summary

    The post will be embedded within the primary and community commissioning team and will provide a comprehensive and effective support to the palliative and end of life care agenda. The post holder will provide a full range of administration and support, exercising judgement in identifying and prioritising conflicting priorities

    To provide high quality support to the delivery of services and projects relating to palliative and end of life care statutory requirements.

    To undertake the effective use, analysis, and reporting of data, knowledge, and information to support, improve and inform the delivery of services and projects.
