Our clients include many blue chip companies we cover across the south east, central London, Norfolk, Kent and south coast.

We have the opportunity for a Multitrader to join our expanding team, to deliver our services to a high standard to all our clients.

Your Responsibilities

As a multi trade Operative you will be expected to take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to commercial and residential properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard, always with health and safety in mind.

You will need to Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work reports detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job using our very own purpose made job App system, and sometimes paperwork where required.

Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

Contribution towards mobile phone use and data used, also token payment will be made for being on call for the rotation period.

Experience required in basic - Carpentry & Joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating, along with good social skills.

You will need the Ability for work as part of a team or on your own initiative, under guidance from our office.

We will provide a Company Van for the right applicant, along with accounts access to materials suppliers to carry out works.

This position is on a self employed basis, so UTR details required.
