The Role:


Reporting directly to our Payroll Manager, join our Wembley based Accounts team and take ownership of key responsibilities including uploading suppliers' invoices onto our document storage system, supporting the Procurement team with Goods Received Notes processing, managing office supplies, administration and helping with the Head Office Switchboard.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for daily uploading of invoices and credits from suppliers onto the document storage system.
  • Manage the uploading of bank statements and supplier records onto our designated storage system.
  • Assist the Procurement team with processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies for the Wembley office.
  • Provide support in answering the Head Office Switchboard.
  • Occasionally cover reception duties at the Hatfield's office.
  • Arrange and manage services for the Wembley office.

  • Deadline driven.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • No prior experience necessary; however, a strong eagerness to learn and grow in the role is essential.

Pay:
£19,407.85-£23,000.00 per year
