We are seeking a credible sales professional within the medical device industry to support and represent a range of consumable products across the South West.
These products are used within ICU, acute and long-term therapy departments within the NHS consistingof disposable consumable products within vascular access.

Within this role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate account management, with a high level of responsibility for planning, implanting and support related to sales of the Infusion portfolio.
This opportunity will allow you to join a high-performingsales team within an organisation that offers stability, support, development, and progression.
- Responsibilities include:_
- To sell company products and services in the amounts required to meet or exceed assigned territory targets thereby maintaining and constantly improving the competitive position
- Develop a full stakeholder Map and sales strategy for all stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high standards set by the organisation
- Hit targets and goals autonomously and collaboratively with the team
- Be able to articulate the latest trends and guidance, competitor knowledge and an indepth understanding of the portfolio
- Attending conferences as required
- Leveraging relationships with key opinion leaders
The requirements
- You will have proven sales experience preferably in Infusion and drug delivery systems, as well as _
- University Degree (BA degree) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical devices
- Knowledge of health issues related to the Infusion portfolio
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology with some knowledge of clinical disease states
- Experience in sales with evidence of building a longterm partnership
- Positive attitude and cando approach with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Creative and innovative
- Strategic planning, decision making and problemsolving skills
- Computer literate (including Microsoft Office and CRM)
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be able to travel, with occasional overnight stays
- This is a fieldbased role which typically requires travel more than 50% of the time. _
