    Job: Sales Manager
    Location: Cardiff
    Pay: £30,000 OTE £62,500 + Car + Company Benefits
    Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time
    Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota (including weekends)

    Due to the relocation of the current Sales Manager, we are now recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead our client's sales team.
    Responsibilities:
    • Efficiently manage all sales inquiries
    • Analyse departmental profit and manage costs
    • Lead and manage the sales team and processes
    • Maximise sales and profitability of vehicles and products
    • Ensure excellent customer experiences and achieve KPI targets
    • Support the General Sales Manager in policy and procedure maintenance
    • Coach and develop Sales Executives for success
    • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

    Requirements:
    They are looking for an ideal Sales Manager with experience in sales or business management, preferably in the motor trade or related field. However, candidates from alternative industries demonstrating strong customer handling, managerial, and organisational skills, are also encouraged to apply.
    Key requirements include:
    • Demonstrated experience in customer handling, managerial, and organizational skills.
    • Prior experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager, preferably in the motor trade or a related industry.
    • Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic sales environment.
    • Strong people skills and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
    • Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in sales management software and tools.
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing sales environment.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
