    About the role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Online Marketing Specialist – Ecommerce &CRO to join our Organisation. The Online Marketing Specialist – Ecommerce & CRO will provide support & leadership across multiple digital platforms, specializing in ensuring that online commercial activities are seamless and optimised. You will lead key digital channels with product launches, merchandising and content.

    A key part of this role is to identify opportunities to drive sales and conversions across the full customer conversion funnel across all touchpoints online, and support the development product category sales across digital marketing channels. Constantly testing new ideas, tactics and technologies to get the most out of Certsure's owned online real estate. You will use existing and emerging technology to optimise online commercial activities, maximizing income and conversions from online channels.

    This is a management role, providing leadership that elicits a culture of care and high performance and works In this role, the successful candidate would be working remotely from their home with the requirement to attend our Head office, Warwick House in Bedfordshire as and when required.

    More information on the hybrid working module, can be discussed with the hiring manager. Such attendance to the office, will be as required by your manager (for example to complete any training that may be necessary for Induction, to integrate into your new team, attend meetings; and to complete such tasks required in the office etc.) You'll be provided with the necessary IT equipment to support remote working.

    What you'll be doing

    Contribute to the digital customer experience and product ownership function:

    • Develop, implement and manage an overall ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth.
    • Analyse website performance, customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
    • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Training and IT to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide expert guidance and support on conversation rate optimisation (CRO), educating the business on best practice principles and reporting on results Contribute to the digital transformation program where appropriate, taking both leadership and supporting roles, depending on the project. Contribute to online content strategy, development and delivery:
    • Create promotional campaigns that drive increased traffic to the website and convert visitors into customers.
    • Ensure information on ecommerce platforms is up to date. As a manager, you will promote the success of CLLP and its members by:
    • Supporting the leadership team with the delivery of CLLP strategy, communicating our vision and purpose in a compelling manner, championing our principles of Technical Integrity, Customer Centricity, Simplification, Digital First and Collaboration, ensuring that the company is an agile and resilient operation, and that it achieves its short- and long-term objectives.
    • Providing clear and compelling leadership and management, creating a culture of care and high performance in teams, and ensuring that individuals are engaged, aligned, motivated and competent to carry out their responsibilities, and that there is sufficient capacity and resources to deliver objectives.
    • Implementing and championing polices, rules and procedures to ensure that good governance is applied to all activities, protecting the safety, health and wellbeing of colleagues, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and the prudent use of CLLP's financial and non-financial assets.
    • Developing and controlling operational budgets to deliver strategic and operational objectives within agreed financial parameters, ensuring variances are adequately explaining and highlighted within the forecasting process.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve our ways of working and supporting the change management process as agreed.
    • Leading and managing people in accordance with Certsure's Behaviours for Success.
    • Ensuring there is a talent management and succession plan in place for the team.
