    Project Manager and 2x Senior Project Manager Roles

    Role Overview:

    As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and enhancement of our technology products, including both Software as a Service (SaaS) and internally developed solutions.

    You'll ensure that our products align with organizational goals, deliver exceptional value, and are launched on time. Your strong project management skills will drive the team forward, navigating through an environment that values flexibility and agility over rigid frameworks.

    Senior Project Manager Role Skills:

    • 5+ years of project management experience within a technical delivery environment.
    • Drive end-to-end initiative delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation support.
    • Liaise with third-party SaaS tools and manage dependencies across multiple systems.
    • Develop detailed project plans and plan releases in alignment with overall product strategy.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration with users, product managers, designers, business analysts, engineers, and architects.
    • Prioritize initiatives and maintain a requirements backlog with product managers and Engineering Leads.
    • Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Collect and communicate metrics related to team effectiveness and delivery status to senior leadership.
    • Navigate a fluid environment, managing ambiguity and embracing change to drive project success.

    Project Manager Role Skills:

    • 2+ years of project management experience within a technical delivery environment.

    • 2 days a week in the London office
    • Must have the right to work in the UK
    • 3-stage interview process
